Rough in refers to the process prior to walls and floors being installed.  This is the where your plumbing waste and water pipes are concealed underneath the floors or behind the walls.

Inset basins are installed directly into a vanity or benchtop and give you a similar look to an above counter basin without increasing the height of the vanity too much.

Is designed to give more usable vanity space, partially overhanging the front of the counter top, perfect for small spaces.

A Back to Wall Toilet Suite or (Wall Faced Toilet Suite) sits flush against the wall meaning there are no gaps or no exposed plumbing.  These toilets are more modern in their look and feel and are much easier to clean.

As we mentioned above, it is really important to understand your set-out requirements.  ‘Set-outs’ refers to the distance from the wall to the centre of the toilet waste outlet in the floor for S Trap toilet suites or the floor to the centre of the waste outlet in the wall for P Trap toilet suites.  The set-out will help you understand what toilet suites can or cannot be installed in your bathroom.

If the pan outlet runs through to the floor, you have an S Trap pan.  If the outlet runs through to the wall, then it is a P Trap pan.  If you have an older style bathroom you may have a skew pan, it has a pipe that extends to the left or right of the toilet pan.

If the pan outlet runs through to the floor, you have an S Trap pan.  If the outlet runs through to the wall, then it is a P Trap pan. Skew trap pans are an older style toilet pan with the waste pipe extending to either the right or left hand side of the toilet.

Cisterns - Bottom Inlet (Traditional cistern type. Water inlet connects at the base of the cistern. Hoses and taps are exposed for easy access and repair) and Back Entry (Water inlet connects via an access hole in the rear of the cistern. All hoses and taps are hidden within the cistern).

An easy height toilet is designed specifically for people with restricted movements. The use of the toilet reduces the strain on knees, hips and lower back reducing the risk of pain in the future.
