TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

  1. By presenting a valid promotion card at point of purchase at any Mico store nationwide (online purchases not included) between 7 September and 30 September 2023, customers will receive 25% off RRP on selected Methven and Caroma products (the Promotion).
  2. The Promotion applies to all products within the following selected Methven and Caroma product ranges (the Products):

    • Luna
    • Urbane II
    • Liano II
    • Opal
  • Methven Ranges:
    • Minimalist MK II
    • Turoa
    • Aio
    • Koha
    • Kiri
    • Waipori
    • Maku
    • Minimalist Sink Mixers

  1. Each Promotion card (and its unique code) can only be used once and will be deemed invalid if copied.
  2. Only one Promotion card can be used per purchase; maximum discount per purchase is 25% off RRP.
  3. Promotion is available while stocks last. If a Product is not available in store at the time of purchase but there are stocks available at other Mico stores and/or the Promoter’s warehouse, Mico and the Promoter will endeavour (but do not guarantee) to facilitate your purchase of the Product by getting the Product delivered to you / your nearest Mico store for collection.
  4. Delivery charges may apply. Promotion discount does not apply to delivery charges.
  5. Unless the Promoter determines otherwise, this Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion that the Promoter or Mico may be running concurrently.
  6. The Promoter will not replace Promotion cards that are lost, misplaced, or stolen. No Promotion card, no discount.
  7. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GWA Group NZ Limited and Mico and their related companies, employees and agents, will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or cost (including but not limited to loss of profits, direct loss, indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the Promotion.
